This site is one more concerned effort by Email Etiquette Expert and WordPress Consultant Judith Kallos, author of 4 E-mail Etiquette books and developer of numerous articles and Websites on the topic, including the popular E-mail Etiquette Web Site NetManners.com and Business E-mail Etiquette Blog.

Due to receiving hundreds of e-mails each week from frustrated onliners about how to handle those they care about (or those who simply don’t care) in regard to issues involving E-mail Etiquette and proper technology use, Judith decided to ask everyone to take The E-mail Etiquette Pledge!

E-mail Etiquette is something Judith has championed for over a decade. Contrary to the preferred assumption, just as in the off-line world, online is not an “anything goes” environment and there are repercussions based on your actions, the words you choose and how you use technology.

There is no hidden agenda with this effort. Our only hope is to get everyone on the same page when it comes to being responsible for, and understanding how what you choose to do or not do when e-mailing, can reflect on you and affect others — and wouldn’t that be delightful?!

This is a time in history where we are making history. Are we going to kiss it away; or stand up and take control?
